LOVE cupcakes. This one is from Trauma.

So I was in the trauma unit today (as a student nurse). One of the male nurses was walking around with a tray full of cupcakes like this saying: “Save the ta-tas”… I thought he was just being a jerk actually, but it’s a real cause. Look. See?

Another nurse was walking by and said, “Here I’ll buy these two a cupcake.” So he paid the dollar and hence, I got a cupcake. (so excited). The nurse I was following for the day also gave me his cupcake.. which was different looking than this one =D
